I have had some of the best conversations over a pint of ale, a glass of pilsner or a bottle of brew. Conversations over a beer will include sports, family, work, hobbies and the weather but we won’t stop there. We will dive into what inspires us and what drives us as humans. I will invite some of my friends, coworkers, mentors, and community leaders to share some of their wisdom, advise and of course some of their favorite beverages. We pray our conversations blesses you and helps you find joy in this journey of life. Cheers!I lived in Iowa my entire life. I am a Pastor, husband, Dad, friend, brother. I love Jesus, beer, conversation and spending time with friends.
This week I have the great honor and opportunity to interview David Reddel from Omaha Nebraska. David and I crossed paths on and off many years ago but in the last 5-7 years have been brought together by Peak Challenge. David is one of the most humble guys I know. He has passion for whatever he decides to take on. Whether is a 14er, a 50 or 100 Mile Race, riding his fat bike, or being a child of God; David pursues it with all that he has.

We pray that our conversation blesses you and helps you find joy in this journey of life.

Peak Challenge www.peakchallenge.net
Runner Church www. runnerchurch.com
Bent Paddle Brewing www.bentpaddlebrewing.com
Pabst Blue Ribbon www.pabstblueribbon.com

Today my very good friend Steve Kowbel joins On Tap. Todays episode is a bit longer but if you know anything about Steve this is a short conversation for him. We discuss some of the current events going on in our lives and also talk about mission trips. The word "Journey" comes up several time in our conversation. Thanks for listening! You can subscribe to On Tap on iTunes Podcasts.

We pray that out conversation blesses you and helps you find joy on this journey of life. Cheers!

My first conversation for On Tap is with my good friend Pastor Phil Robarge from Tabor Lutheran Church (https://taborchicago.org) in Chicago Illinois. This past Sunday Pastor Phil talked about being uncomfortable. There are many things that are making us uncomfortable in our lives; Covid and race relations just to name a few. Give a listen as we unpack what it is to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. We pray our conversation blesses you in this journey of life. Cheers!

I have always liked to listen to podcasts and thought about doing my own. After I was on a friends podcast just a few weeks ago I decided to give it a try. No shortage of things to talk about! Cornavirus, George Floyd, Ravi and more.

This is my first try! You even get to hear my dog Cooper in the background!!

My hope is that the conversations on this podcast will help you find joy in this journey of life.
